At Blissful Wreath Designs, we are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted wreaths and home decor. Please read the following shipping and policy information carefully. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 7-14 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time, depending on the complexity of the request.
- We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders due to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are shipped using reliable carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to events outside our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Blissful Wreath Designs is not liable for shipments lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
3. Custom Orders
- Custom or personalized items are made to your specifications based on the information you provide.
- Customers are responsible for the accuracy of submitted details. Errors in customization are the responsibility of the customer and cannot always be corrected once production begins.
- Custom orders are non-refundable and may not be returned or exchanged, except as outlined in Section 4 below.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us via the contact form on our website within 24 hours of receipt.
- Blissful Wreath Designs will evaluate the issue and may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or store credit.
- This policy applies to items damaged during shipping or found defective upon arrival. Normal wear or minor imperfections inherent to handcrafted items are not considered defects.
5. No Refunds or Returns
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns, including on custom or personalized orders, except in cases outlined in Section 4 above.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that purchases are final and that Blissful Wreath Designs is not responsible for buyer’s remorse or changes of mind.

At Blissful Wreath Designs, all of our wreaths and home decor items are handcrafted with care. Because each item is custom-made or made in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
